Project scheduling with heuristic algorithms can not always reach the optimum solution. However large projects having numerous facilities such as construction projects, require the use of heuristic algorithms. In this study, performances of three different priority rules were tested on a basic primary school project in Turkey. Project is composed of 78 facilities and 11 different sources that are used in every facility. Project duration is obtained as 226 days, for unconstrained sources. For constrained sources cases if the priority rule is the facility having longest time span from the start to end of the project will programmed first, 260 days, if the priority rule is the facility which has the longest slack time will programmed first, 262 days, if the priority rule is the facility which has the smallest late start time will programmed first 259 days are obtained.
